“If you want to improve your English, start a blog!”

I have read somewhere, therefore I decided to put this idea in practice and discover whether it really works. Plus I thought of a blog as a place to store in what crosses my mind, the joys and the sorrows of an almost twenty-one year-old Czech girl. So here I stand, Law&Economics student, teacher of English as the second language, responsible and caring auntie, How I Met Your Mother junkie… and some other stuff which is needless to say, you will find out reading my journal. Let me welcome you to my world.

Tori Amos sings in my most favorite song of hers, Silent All These Years. The story of the song has nothing to do with me. The things that go through my head are rather superficial, so why the hell have I chosen the title? you might be asking.

Uhm, well, I like the look of the written words and the sound of the spoken phrase. As far as its taste, touch and smell are concerned, I have no opinion so far stay tuned, I will share my findings later. I just thought of it as an appropriate name for my diary.
